I grew up surrounded by Charley Harper's art. The seven years before they had me my parents started a collection. If you haven't had a chance to see his work. Here's a few photos. No my parents don't own all of them but these are a few of my favorites. 
Hence my love of all things linear and graphic. I found these sweet plates for Christmas and they hang on the walls in my kitchen.

Ha ha, it took me a minute to find the flamingo in the 8! I am so glad that you found the planner at Hollanders. It was amazing how you posted this and within a week he was brought into your life. Great surprise!
