Every spring we have our very own lake. People laugh and say oh yeah my yard floods too. Really it gets six inches deep on over half of our property. When I say lake, I mean LAKE. So it's really more of a pond but a pond with waves. Already receding this morning, it was up to the gate yesterday.Kate trying to talk a squirrel into swimming out for a peanut. You can see him on the first branch on the left.... the squirrel sits there and talks to us frequently. Kate's shoes...well they needed a bath. Been waiting for an excuse to use this clip....
